REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATION
● For paid services - you can pay for the ai-credit plans through PhonePe.
● In the case of below 6-month plans, pro-rata refunds will be initiated if you reach out to Kautilya AI support team within 7 days of the plan purchase.
● In the case of 6-month plans and longer-duration plans, pro-rata refunds will be initiated if you reach out to Kautilya AI support team within 30 days of the plan purchase.
o The pro-rata calculation for these plans will be based on a one-month plan rate and not as per the discounted rate.
● No refunds will be processed if you reach out to Kautilya AI support team after the above said period.
● Any kind of refunds takes atleast 3-4 business days for processing the refund from the day of initiation of the refund.
